Just when you thought it was safe to go outside, the H1N1 virus, more commonly known as Swine Flu, is rearing its ugly head again. The initial outbreak of the flu caused great alarm in late April and May. The flu died down once Summer hit and many figured that was the last they would hear of it. H1N1 isn’t gone, however. In fact, it is back and worse than ever. It has been estimated that 30-50% of the United States could be infected by H1N1. The virus is of great concern to everyone living in the United States and we have to do our best to limit the transfer of the flu. This means practicing proper hygiene. Wash your hands, cover your mouth and if you are sick stay home for a few days!
A few months ago we released a popular t-shirt design that proclaimed “I survived Swine Flu 2009“. Perhaps we jumped the gun because 2009 isn’t over yet and the Swine Flu is worse than ever. We decided to design a new t-shirt, proclaiming the return of H1N1/Swine Flu. We figured we would inject a little humor into what is a serious situation to help keep everyone’s mind at ease.
